Qualifications & Certifications
Who I Serve
My clients are high-performing, self-aware people who give all of themselves to others, their work, and the world. Constantly engaged, they struggle to find time or good reason to give back to themselves. When anxiety and difficult feelings come knocking, they lack the training and perspective to “fix” it on their own.
I arm my clients with the skills and compassion to hold themselves and help themselves. Through our work together, you’ll learn how to continue serving and achieving in a new way that also serves you.
When people find me, they’re typically asking questions like…
Why am I so ________? What's wrong with me?
Is this a relationship I want to stay in? If yes, how do I stay? If I don't want to stay, how do I leave?
Is this a job I want to stay in? Does it align with what I want for my life and who I am?
How do I be in good relationship with my spouse / parent / kid / coworker / friend?
Why did this terrible thing happen? How do I move on?
What can I do for the world that will make a difference?
…and other big questions that are hard to tackle alone.
Typical Outcomes
Every person and every journey through therapy is different. That said, many of my clients find that the process of Embodied Insight enables them to experience:
Less frustration
Less anxiety
Less overwhelm
More joy
More relaxation
More forgiveness
More honesty
More emotional freedom
If you’d like to experience more calm, focus, and confidence in the midst of life’s unavoidable challenges, you're in the right place.
